Overview
Intrinsic Ventures, Inc is based in Menlo Park, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley. Our mission is to provide space to the growing niche of small startups, medical/dental, office, retail, general commercial, R+D, creative and service companies within the Bay Area. We are building a portfolio of buildings which are typically 1 story, flexible spaces divisible from 250 SF to 20,000 SF.
Our goals are outlined below:
- To acquire, upgrade and lease multi-tenant commercial buildings in the greater San Francisco Bay Area located near public transit, housing and services.
- To provide affordable space to creative
users, back office, light industrial, start up companies, and service
companies. This would include telephone, Local Area Network cabling,
DSL Internet connections and possibly other start up costs such as
workstations.
- To add value to the Tenant's leasing experience through more comprehensive management, construction and care of our facilities, and through faster response time to all tenant needs.
- To provide flexibility for growth to individual tenants within a given building or throughout our portfolio of properties.
- To react immediately and competently to tenant leasing, expansion and other needs.
