Intrinsic’s vision for growth is facilitated by our core team of professionals and our tenant and vendor relationships. We have years of experience among us and use it when it counts. Our partnerships with investors, tenants and vendors are critical and we work to create harmonious relationships that sustain beyond handshakes and contracts. We put a face on capital and utilize our expertise to problem solve and create solutions that work. Our objective of public/private collaboration is at the core of working within the communities where we invest.
Since 1995, Michael Tevis, through Intrinsic Ventures and its affiliates has acquired and/or developed approximately 1,200,000 square feet of office, retail, industrial and rental residential space in over 50 separate projects located in the Western US, primarily the bay area and Portland, OR. His current focus is Urban Infill Transit Locations with older building stock in need of revitalization. The result has been job creation, sustaining of the arts and street activation. He is also executive director of ArtFusion.io, a 501(c)3 non profit focused on preservation of space for the Arts, makers and small business.
LeAnn Raschke has managed the Ford District building portfolio since June of 2014 as building manager and director of leasing. With the guidance of Michael Tevis, she has helped curate this maker district with small businesses, artists, galleries and retailers, providing Tenants not only with a great place to work and shop but with a real sense of community as the district grows.

Kate Fitches has been the Assistant Property Manager in the Ford District since August 2016, managing day to day tenant relationships. As the Intrinsic team grows, Kate helps fill in where she’s needed; touring properties, coordinating maintenance needs and all other tasks thrown her way. Kate enjoys meeting all the tenants and being part of the Intrinsic team.
Menlo Park, CA
As an integral part of the Menlo Park office for over 22 years, Jean Stuhr has worked with Michael Tevis as the property accountant on Intrinisic’s properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and more recently in Portland and Salem, OR.
Sonja Brockhoff has worked in Portland Property Management Accounting for the past 13 years, recently joining the Intrinsic / Ford District team in February of 2017 to take on the accounting responsibilities for the Portland and Salem area buildings held by Intrinsic Ventures and affiliates. Sonja’s experience in the Clinton Street / Gideon Triangle neighborhood goes back to before TriMet put down tracks and her knowledge of the district is an added bonus to the team.
Before joining the Intrinsic / Ford District team as Maintenance Manager in April 2017, Brad Brockhoff has spent his entire life working in the construction industry; beginning in customer service, moving into sales, then to installation and management. Brad's attention to detail and "can-do" attitude has brightened the landscape and keeps Intrinsic's buildings in great shape!
